Cardio is a term that is used for the circulatory system that consists of the heart and blood vessels in your body. For those that do cardio they make their heart beat to go faster and pump more blood through their system. This carries nutrients and oxygen to every cell. Cardiovascular relates to the circulatory system that the heart and blood vessels carries oxygen and carry nutrients to the tissues of the body and also removes the carbon dioxide and the other wastes from them. To work out your heart you must do 30 minutes of walking daily, and if you can aim for 60 minutes a week for cardiovascular or sweating excersises. This would raise 80 percent of or more of it's age adjusted.
It's important to work all your hearit's important to work all your heart because it can reduce many illnesses such as diabetes heart failure stroke and coronary heart disease. There are many activities that can help your heart for example there is jogging or running, swimming, aerobic dancing, rowing, and cross country skiing. I can help myself by practicing these exercises and balancing a good healthy diet.
During summer there are many exercises I can do to balance a good diet and maintaining myself healthy. Now I know that I have to do cardio on the daily basis so I can maintain myself healthy and in good shape. Right now I do exercise with my sister and we do jogging and many cardio exercises ass well.
